Analysing the Canterbury Regional Public Transport Plan 2018-2028: Update

I have finished reading the RPTP, so the tasks remaining to me are to draw the maps and work out what the routes achieve; fill in those blanks in the last post; talk to some people; and put some sort of submission together. This will come together in the next few days.
The biggest question is what the recent NZTA spending announcement for the city adds up to, and why Ecan appears to be backing away from regional fuel tax funding as an option, despite calling for it in the RPTP. Nearly as important is the apparent lack of spending commitments from CCC. This requires a bit more analysis to see what has been stated in the joint committee minutes and other reports.
